This movie could have easily felt like an after school special. Luckily, Timothee Chalamet and Steve Carell both deliver gut wrenching performances that elevate this movie beyond measure. Timothee underwent a brilliant transformation to bring this character to light. Chalamet is primed to become and A lister.
Beautiful Boy has one of the best and moving endings that I have seen in a while. The film is well paced and is elevated by the score. A tragic story that more people endure making it incredibly relatable. I highly recommend giving this movie a watch. You will not be disappointed.
